Mimi

For as long as I can remember, I have been intrigued by hair. I can clearly recall being at my aunt’s house before going to my afternoon kindergarten class, and playing in her hair. That was the first time I had done a cornrow. From there I was completely hooked on how I was able to transform someone’s hair with my creativity.

Growing up with four sisters and having the shortest hair of the bunch. It became my mission to see if I could grow it, and grow it healthy. What I realized with time is that all my hair needed was patience, routine, and loving hands. The most important aspect of my life is my family. When I’m not working on my business, I am enjoying time with my family as much as I possibly can.
